OMG!!! I dont want her to grow up.....

I went to pick up Bailie last night after getting my hair done and she told me that alex had made her a bracelet... Me " oh really that is nice of him. Can I see it?" she then hands it to me. Bailie " It says bailie I love you Alex". Me " I'm not sure what I think about that". Bailie informed me that when he gave it to her he told her not to show anyone so I asked her if she showed her friends and she said no.. I told her that was she was a good friend not to show it to her girlfriends. lol I then asked her if I could take a pic of it and she said yes as long as I don't show anyone.. but of course I brought it to work (yes Im not as good as bailie) and now Im posting it for everyone to see...lol I have mixed emotions about the whole thing.. My first thought was someone had to of helped him like a sister or mother... If its a mother she should have told him to go and play with his cars instead.. he is only 6. But on the other hand it was nice of him to do a nice thing for her..(I think)aaaahhhh!!!


As I was writing this Amanda called to tell me how big of a brat Brikalie was..lol so I asked what happended.. apparently Amanda had a 20 oz bottle of sprite. Brikalie drank all of her drink then went and put water in it and put it back...lol so when amanda went to drink it she was kinda shocked and Brikalie told her " its wada"(water) lol I guess she was soaked in water and spilled water all over the chair..lol she is sosoo dang cute!!!!

So I went last night and got my hair colored for my cruise!!!!YaY!!!! it is only three days away...=)

Hair Cuts

Bailie got her hair cut into an A-line yesterday... It turned out adorable...At first I thought she was going to cry when Tisa cut it off and through the whole style of it she didnt even smile..I was worried but when we were done she said she loved it and actually smiled...whew!! She was soooo excited to go to school and show all her friends her new "Do" It actually makes her look older then she is..=( She had enough hair to donate to "Locks of Love" and we were happy to be able to. Brylie also got her hair cut because she likes to be like her big sis ..lol Her hair cut also was adorable.Tisa used a straightener on it so it was the first time I had actually seen her hair that straight. Of course Brikalie wanted her turn but we ran out of time, so her pic will be at a later time..lol

K I just want to throw in that I really didn't like the mirrors and lighting that Tisa had, they really made me look fat!!! (ok so maybe it was just me that made me look fat =0)hehehehe darn it!!!

Today we went down to the Petsmart down in American Fork... I keep thinking that Lucy needs a friend and I go back and forth on wether or not I should get another dog...( mom thinks im nuts) Today I watched an Oprah show that talked about puppy mills and how many dogs are uthenized everydy =( I am such a sucker and want to save every animal. So we (me, the girls, and my niece) go to petsmart to look at the dogs... My girls pick out a little dog named Dufi she was cute but I personally liked some others better... We were there for about and hour and Bailie and Brylie were in tears because they wanted to take this little dog home... So of course me being a sucker for my kids and dogs I agree... So I fill out all the paper work and I go to pay and they only accept cash...ugh!!! By this time I had already gotten the kids in and out of the car like five times and I was sooooo done.... I tell them I would go get cash and be back but by the time I got the girls in the car again I wasnt about to go any where else but home... The girls were all crying so I said how bout we get ice cream instead..lol lucky for me they all thought that was a great idea not to mention a lot cheaper for me. So it turns out instead of a dog we all got a few extra calories ( some of which I personally didnt need) by eating yummy ice cream. =)

Tonight we were goofing around with the camera taking fun pic so I thought I would post some of them...lol My girls are the best posers they love their pic taken... My mom says they get that from me =)

Lots to say not a whole lot of time to type

K so it has been a few days since i have blogged.... Right now I just want to say how much I love my girls and I am grateful to have them with me and safe. Sometimes I take for granted the ten times I have to ask my kids to get up in the morning or to clean their rooms. Last night on the news when I found out the search for the beautiful seven year old girl had come to a tragic end, I went and climbed in bed with Bailie. You just never know from day to day so give your little ones extra love and kisses everyday, read an extra book to them before they go to bed. They had a memorial type area that had a sign that read "You are never so lost that angels can not find you" My prayers go out to her family and I pray they are comforted through this heart wrenching time.

There is a website called kindervision.org that has a quiz for kids and parents to take that will help you to know what your kids understand as being a potentially dangerous situation...

K so on to better brighter topics....Kinda

So I was making pancakes the other night for dinner (this is my kids fav or breakfast lunch or dinner) and of course the grill was on and very hot... Bailie was standing next to me and i was thinking she was aware of the scorching hot grill but she managed to burn her arm pretty good... poor thing!! I tried to get her to put her arm under cold water but she would only do it for a second... So who do we call??? of course grandma... This conversation of course leads to me opening up my first aid kit... But dont laugh but I kinda had mixed emotions if I wanted to use the stuff in it because it is more of an evacuation kit.. but of course I decided not to take my Bailie for granted AGAIN and help her fix her arm..lol Yes Bailie I really do love you!!!! So any way reading the little handbook I determine it is a second degree burn... Dr. Mom took care of her and she is well on her way to recovery.... The next day I was making pancakes AGAIN and Brikalie asked me to pour her some juice... So as I was pouring the juice I remembered that the pancakes needed to be turned so I said " oh I better turn the pancakes before they burn like Bailie" lol I thought it was hillarious but of course she took it as mom being mean... So I had to reassure her that I only tease her because I love her soooo much...
